保修政策

尊敬的万丽显卡产品用户:

您好,非常感谢您选购万丽显卡系列产品。香港万利达科技集团有限公司(以下简称“万丽/Manli”)对旗下产品的售后服务为:七天包退,十五天包换,三年包修的三包服务承诺。

保修说明注意事项:

一、“七天包退”自售出之日起七日内,用户在正常使用该产品的情况下,如果产品出现质量上的问题,用户可以选择退货,换货或修理。用户要求退货时,万丽显卡产品销售商应当负责为用户退货,并按当时销售价格一次退清货款。


二、“十五天包换”万丽显卡产品于售出15天(含)内,用户在正常使用该产品的情况下如发生产品不良,可以实施新品DOA(包换新品服务),以所购买的凭证日期为准,向购买渠道商家申请更换。用户要求换货时,购买渠道商家应当负责为用户调换同型号同规格的产品;同型号同规格的产品停止生产时,应该调换不低于该产品游戏/3D性能(不包含挖矿、算力性能)的同品牌产品。

   1.换新服务需提供有效购买凭证

   2.更换的产品需保证包装完整、附件齐全

   3.人为损坏不在此服务范围

   4.个人送保仅涉及产品维修。7天无理由退货、15天换货需联系显卡销售店铺进行。


三、“三年包修”自售出的当时日期起三年内,用户在正常使用该产品的情况下,如果出现质量上的问题,万丽/Manli对中国大陆地区(不包含港澳台地区)发售的、经合法渠道销售给消费者的万丽显卡产品实行三年的免费保修服务

   1.保修周期按有效购买凭证日期起计算,若无法提供有效购买凭证的,则按照产品出货日期起计算

   2.随产品附带的原厂支撑杆、线材等附件保修一个月,其它配件及赠送类产品,如:贴纸、防尘保护套、等均不予保修。


四、若经本公司判断属以下因素,不实行三包。

   1.超出万丽/MANLI提供的保修有效期的产品

   2.未按产品说明书条例的要求使用、维护、保管而造成的损坏

   3.用户擅自或请第三方人员自行检修、改装、变更组件、修改线路、组装不当、修改显卡BIOS等,表现为(风扇散热片被拆卸、更换导热垫片、铁片、挡板丢失及扭曲变形等)

   4.产品信息标签(包含:序列号标贴或产品料号识别码)如有遗失、破损、涂改等情况导致无法辨认,或产品信息标签与实际产品实物不符

   5.此保修服务仅包括在保修期内与正常使用状况下所发生的故障或失常,并适用于固件常见问题,但不包括任何软件问题或由用户造成的故障

   6.用户擅自或请第三方人员修改、修复、变更产品规格,以及安装、添加、扩展非万丽/MANLI原厂销售、授权或认可的配件所引起的故障与损坏

   7.非正常的使用方式或环境因素而导致的电路板或部件的划伤、扭曲、腐蚀、生锈、氧化、断裂等

   8.因运输、意外事故、操作不当或遇不可抗拒外力(如:水灾、火灾、地震、雷击、台风等)造成的损坏。如:金手指烧毁、PCB板断裂、PCB板变形、电子元器件缺失、有碰撞伤痕等。

   9.因用户自行安装软件及设定不当所造成的使用问题与故障

   10.用户使用非挖矿专用显卡进行挖矿

   11.将显卡用作特殊测试用途,对显卡核心、显存频率进行长时间不当超频导致的产品问题。


五、保外的显卡以及非国内代理商销售的万丽显卡产品

   1.个人送保保修政策仅针对保修期内的国内代理商销售的万丽显卡产品。过保产品及非国行产品无法享受免费保修服务的,可付费试修。

   2.经用户同意,付费维修显卡送修后,服务中心会对产品进行评估检测(收取一定的基础检测费用)并依据评估结果,与用户沟通产品维修费用,经用户同意后进行付费试修。


六、技术支持及维修服务

   1.如果您在使用万丽显卡产品的过程中遇到问题,您可以首先查阅用户手册,寻找答案;

   2.您可访问万丽显卡官网站联系我们(https://www.manli.com);

   3.您也可以拨打我们的客户服务热线400-852-9852,让我们的专业电话技术客服为您实时解答;

   4.在符合三包的情况下,您可联系您的销售商家或通过微信公众号联系售后服务;


七、个人直接送修须知

   1.直接通过微信公众号“万丽Manli”菜单栏“快速售后”,或者使用微信扫一扫官网的二维码,通过【快速售后】入口,按照提示填写相关信息后送修产品。

   2.用户直接送修产品需承担运输费用,售后部门有权拒收到付的快递;

   3.用户需妥善处理送修产品,我们建议采用作业规范的运输公司,避免后期出现货损等纠纷,用户寄件产生的物品损坏由用户自行承担;

   4.用户需在产品上面标明不良原因,以便于我们的工程师快速排查出故障。

   5.在售后部门收到送修产品时算起,会在10个工作日以内处理完毕并使用非用户寄送时的包装盒寄回(该时间不包括产品运输时间、周末及法定节假日)。如果遇到特殊情况如电子元器件缺货,会电话联系用户做相关说明,并延长处理时间。

   6.用户送修产品时,请不要附带其他非送修产品,我司概不负责保管。


八、个人数据保护

   1.万丽/Manli为了使维修服务更便捷而需采集、传输及处理您的个人数据。因此,您的个人数据可能会被传输至万丽/Manli或其在任何国家的分支公司进行处理。但任何对您个人数据的使用都将严格接受万丽/Manli隐私条款的保护。


九、行使留置权

当您的产品维修完成后或您不同意维修,万丽/Manli将通过维修服务流程通知(例如电话通知、短信息通知等)您取回您的产品。如果您未取回您的产品,或按照您提供的地址无法送达,万丽/Manli将在60天内保管您的产品。在此期限过后,万丽/Manli将根据您申请维修服务时所提供的联络资料再次通知您取件。如您仍未前来取回您的产品,万丽/Manli公司保留包括向您索赔保管费用、按照适用的法律法规处理产品以及任何对于未支付费用的法律留置权等权利。


注意:

1.万丽个人送保服务仅适用于玩家购买的万丽Gallardo 星舰、Polar Fox 雪狐、Nebula 星云 RTX40 系列显卡及 2024年1月1日后经万丽授权渠道售出的 RTX30 系列显卡,自购买之日(需提供购买凭证)起三年内均可享受万丽个人送保服务。万丽其他不支持个人送保范围的产品保修请联系经销商。(如无法提供有效购买凭证,保修期则按显卡出厂日期计算)。

2.本公司可根据国家法律法规变化及维护交易秩序、保护消费者权益需要,不定期修改本规则。

3.如本规则的修改限制您按照本规则所应享有的权利,我们会以公告的方式通知您,请您及时关注万丽/Manli官网发布的各项公告。如对本规则的修改有疑问,您可以在公示期内反馈至万丽/Manli售后咨询,经本公司解释后,如您不同意本规则的修改,您可以不再使用本规则的服务,如您继续使用本规则服务或未在公示期内提出异议,视为同意本规则的修改。

If any of the Services require you to open an account online, you must complete registration process by providing your accurate personal information (such as your name and email address) as requested by Manli. You may be required to accept a separate privy policy as a condition for the opening of account. Manli shall ensure all personal data it received through this website will be handled in strict adherence to applicable laws governing the use of personal data.

Manli may use devices (for example, cookie) to collect data from you, such as the number of visits to this website. Manli will not collect any identifiable data from you.
